Three per order. Crispy, consommé-dipped tortillas filled with melted cheese and tender birria beef, topped with a fresh mix of white and red onions, cilantro, jalapeños, and a sprinkle of crumbled Cotija cheese. Served with rich consommé for dipping and a slice of lime.
